• OneDrive is not included. Even if the feature appears accessible, we strongly advise against storing important files on it. With low-cost accounts, Microsoft may disable or limit OneDrive at any time, and storage availability is not guaranteed.

Important Password Notice:
Once you change your Office 365 password for the first time, it cannot be reset by us.
You will be able to change it again only if you remember your current password.

If you forget it, we cannot recover or reset it. Please store your password in a safe place for future use.
